Membership Application

By submitting this application and payment, I hereby agree; in no event, shall the management of the Waitsburg Gun Club, its heirs, or consigns, be held responsible or liable for acts or omissions, for any indirect, direct, incidental, special or consequential damage or costs whatsoever, from acts arising from any injury; physical or mental suffered in connection with any participated activities on the Waitsburg Gun Club Facilities. 

Members and their guests expressly agree to hold WAITSBURG GUN CLUB harmless for any acts or omissions on their part as it relates to: Transportation of firearms, handling of firearms and use of firearms while participating in live-fire events on any of the ranges.

Further, members affirm alcoholic beverages or illicit drugs are prohibited.

By your submission below, you affirm that you are 18 YEARS OF AGE OR OLDER and have read and will comply with the requirements as set forth herein.
